Kane Group wash-bear

As the year 2019 was drawing to a close we were contacted by Andy Kane owner of the  Kane Group Ltd in St. Albans who had an application on a site in Gillingham for his client Linden Homes that would really put the Wash-Bear to the test. As the site was being redeveloped for new housing during the excavation amongst the soil, pockets of aggregates were uncovered amongst dead tree roots. The recovery of the soil was straight forward through traditional screening methods however separating the tree roots of mixed size was proven to be a different task given the volume.   This is where the Wash-Bear came into it’s own removing the wood by way of flotation and allowing the aggregates to be discharged and reused for hall roads etc.Best results are achieved with constant feed material from a screen or trommel. On site the Wash-Bear can be powered by 3 phase electricity or a generator which again is a cleaner more cost effective way to operate. Fully mobile or incorporated into an existing plant makes the Wash-Bear versatile & unique.   Many thanks for the business and continued success in the future.   Barry O’Regan       If you have a great story or want to get in touch with us then please give us a call on the number at the top of the page.
